Staff Product Designer (contract)
Ideaire is looking for a Product Design Leader to own the design vision and execution for a new SaaS product for creative teams. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Ideaire and Client Leadership to shape how teams plan, collaborate, review, and deliver digital assets — ensuring projects ship on time and on budget through intuitive workflows and seamless review cycles.
You are the design owner for this project — not just a contributor. This is a 0→1 opportunity — you’ll define the product’s design language, user flows, and interaction patterns from the ground up for the MLP. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, a deep understanding of creative team dynamics, and the ability to translate complex processes into elegant, usable interfaces.
This is a project-based, up to 14-week, 20 - 25 hour per week contract engagement, focused on a client-specific initiative. Extension may be considered upon completion of the engagement. Key objective for this engagement involves taking an early-stage concept from idea to prototype and through user testing.
Why This Role Matters
Creative teams thrive on collaboration — but managing assets, feedback, and deadlines can be chaotic. Your work will define how these teams plan, review, and deliver work efficiently. As the design leader on this 0→1 product, you’ll shape not just how it looks, but how it works — transforming complex creative workflows into simple, intuitive and delightful experiences.

If this opportunity sounds like a great fit, we’d love to hear from you! Please email Lytang@Ideaire.com with a brief note about why you’re excited about this role, along with a link to your updated LinkedIn profile, your portfolio, your earliest possible start date, and your estimated budget and hourly rate for the scope described above. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
